There was an one eyed stag. He could not see in one eye. So he never went to the field because he had to look at every directions. The enemy might come from any distance. The one eyed stag went near the river side.
The river was murmuring. So there was no danger from that side. He put his good eye on the forest. He thought the danger might come from there.
He had bad luck. One day a hunter came over the boat. The stag could not see him. The hunter hit the arrow. It blew the heart of the stag. At the time of death, the stag told, “alas, it is misfortune that the danger came from the river.”
